Orthotic Fitter Course - Diabetic Foot - Therapeutic Shoe Fitting

INSTRUCTIONS:

This course will prepare you as a candidate for certification under the BOC and ABC Certification guidelines as entry level education for ABC CFo or BOC COF. This course has been approved under the NCOPE Standards as a prerequisite course of study.

You are required to have proof of a significant period of patient care experience to be eligible to take the exam. While education is fundamental to learning your practice skills, the patient care experience you bring to the exam is indispensable.

This course has a video lecture as well as a powerpoint should you choose to study at your own speed after watching the video.

Review the course material (video as well as the PowerPoint presentation) once you believe you are ready to take the test click on the icon to start the exam. It is required to pass the exam with a score of 80% or better prior to moving on to the next course. All courses must be completed prior to attending the live face-to-face labs to complete your Orthotic Fitter Course and recieve a Certificate of Completion.
