Unlocking Your Profits will help you in understanding the importance of having a written collection policy. This course covers the Federal Fair Debt Collections Act to ensure you are not violating the laws pertaining to proper collections of debts. You will learn how an effective collection policy will help you stay compliant with the CMS Integrity Policy. This course is written for DMEPOS owners and their employees who are involved with Accounts Receivable. All employees should complete this training upon hire and then annually.
