Pro Digits with M-thumb Case Study

The following is a case study of a 40 year old congenital trans carpal amputee. He had used Body Powered prosthesis, but discontinued use as an adolescent. He exhibited classic overuse syndrome, because of that he decided he wanted to start utilizing a prosthetic device. After evaluation it was decided at the time to provide him with a Pro Digit prosthetic device, which was state of the art at the time, with a self suspending silicone socket.
